We had another great year of chess in our school this year. In April both Reading Units did a large project on the Vikings. We learnt a lot about the Vikings and made a lot of our own Viking things like helmets, axes and shields. We also visited the National Museum of Ireland on Kildare Street and looked at the Viking exibition there, we got to touch and examine some real Viking items, it was really interesting and we learnt a lot.… Read More
