We would like to share our December Attendance Newsletter with our school community, highlighting attendance patterns and celebrating the positive efforts made across the school.

Our December attendance figures showed a dip in overall attendance, which we recognise can happen during the winter months due to illness, weather conditions and changes to routine. As we move into the new term, we are encouraging families to support regular attendance where possible, as being in school every day plays an important role in children’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. If attendance is a concern for any reason, please know that the school is here to help.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to our Student Council, who led a fantastic Attendance Drive during the term. Their leadership, enthusiasm and positive messages about the importance of being in school every day were greatly appreciated and helped to promote a strong attendance culture across the school.

Congratulations to all pupils and classes who took part, and well done to the class attendance winners who were celebrated at our recent assembly. We look forward to continuing to work together to support positive attendance.
