Ms. Quirke’s groups made chocolate apples for a Halloween treat to mark all of the hard work, manners, effort and respect since September.
The following piece is written by Leon Room 7.
Chocolate apples are a traditional Halloween treat.
Today in room 18a we made chocolate apples and this is how we made them.
- First we melted the chocolate at a high temperature.
- Then we got some forks to put in the apples so we don’t get covered in chocolate.
- We dipped the apples into the chocolate.
- Then we dipped it into the sprinkles.
- After that we put them into the fridge for them to dry for about an hour.
Then we ate them and we had so much fun making them. They were good and nice and then we played games after.
First we melted chocolate, we dipped the apple into the chocolate and then poured some sprinkles over the apple.
We enjoyed our treats and played some Halloween games!
They were tasty and fun to make.
