Some pupils from Rm.5 have been enjoying Lego Club with Ms. Daly and Ms. Devine.
In Lego Club we are learning to work cooperatively, to give clear instructions, to listen carefully, to follow instructions and to practise social skills like turn taking and sharing.
Each week we get to make some cool Lego models. We take turns to be The Engineer, The Supplier and The Builder and each person has a different job to do.
When we first started in Lego Club we found it hard to stay in our roles and to keep calm when others were not following our instructions but we are getting better at this each week and we have become much better at giving precise instructions, at waiting our turn and at working together.
