This week we are celebrating Wellbeing Week! It is important to look after ourselves, our body and to look out for others. We have been talking about Nutrition, Health, Friendship and Exercise this week. On Tuesday we were very lucky to have a special Zumba Class in the Hall. Benina was a fantastic Zumba instructor and she did a great job!
We danced to music and had lots and lots of exercise. It was fantastic fun and all of Room 2 had a great time! We love our exercise in Room 2!!!
