We had lots of fun baking brownies in Room 14 today- we had a really good week in room 14 and were rewarded with some baking time with one of SNA Louise’s famous brownie recipes- they were too good to be kept a secret, so AJ and Jerry decided to spill the beans and share it all with you to enjoy!

(Just don’t tell Louise that we put her secret recipe up here on the school website- ssshhh!).

Louise’s  brownie recipe

200g dark chocolate

175g butter

325 sugar

130g flour

3 eggs

Icing sugar

Measure out the chocolate & butter.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and add into a bowl with the butter.

Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Let it cool then mix with the sugar.

Add in the flour and mix.

Add in eggs and mix.

Spoon into baking tray CAREFULLY! 🙂

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Leave to cool sprinkle with icing sugar then serve.
