Activator Pole Taster Session taking place in Jobstown Community Centre 11th October at 11am and Jobstown Pharmacy are doing free blood pressure checks from Monday to Friday.
Don’t forget Healthy Food Made Easy a free, six week course is taking place in the Senior School Breakfast Club every Wednesday starting on the 12th October at 9am. This is a great opportunity to learn more about nutrition and how to make healthy meals on a budget. Our taster session went really well.
