As part of our Innocent Smoothie ‘Sow and Grow’ project, we did a blind tasting of smoothies in Room 10 – what fun we had. Our taste buds loved the taste test.
This month our class were learning all about sounds.
We learned that sound travels through lots of materials like air, water, wood, metal. We also learned that sound travels through vibrations.

Room 12 were learning all about 3D shapes. We looked at 3D shapes that we see everyday all around us and brought in examples of these from home. We discovered a building in Tallaght that has a 3D shape (pyramid) on it’s roof but it is called after a 2D shape!… Read More “3D Shapes in maths”

The boys soccer team followed the girls lead by notching up an emphatic 6-1 victory over a very good St Mochtas Clonsilla in the boys senior cup.
