Bernard Dunne (World Champion Boxer and mentor of the Dublin Senior Hurling Team) came to visit St. Thomas’ S.N.S. He spoke to the children in each class about the importance of going to school to get a proper education and hopefully a good job! He then visited our new library and met the entire library team and very kindly gave us a signed copy of his new book to add to our wonderful collection.
