Well-being Week has proven to be a great success in Room 9. We are really enjoying all of the activities organised for us this week. Taste the Rainbow was a great opportunity for us to taste lots of fruit and veg we never had before like melon, grapefruit and hummus. They were delicious!
We are really focusing on kindness and friendship this week. We are enjoying doing little random acts of kindness and looking out for one another. We have done some mindfulness meditations this week too, where we are working on our breathing, being present and in the moment. It’s a good way to relieve worries and anxieties.
In PE, we have begun gymnastics and are working on our balance strength and agility. We practiced lots of poses and are looking forward to working on our flexibility.
